Warranty information

1. Warranty 

A. QPAD warrants this product against defects in workmanship and materials under normal consumer use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

B. The two-year warranty does not cover free accessories such as cables or other free items included in the package.

C. If the product fails under normal and proper use within the warranty period, QPAD will repair or replace the product at their own discretion.

D. Parts repaired or replaced by QPAD Customer Service are covered for three (3) months or for the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.

2. EXCLUSIONS from the warranty

The warranty covers only failures or malfunctions that occur during the warranty period and under normal conditions of use and defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not apply if:

  • The product has been tampered with, repaired or modified by unauthorized personnel. 
  • The serial number of the product has been changed, deleted or removed.
  • The product failure was caused by improper operation, cleaning, maintenance, accident, damage, misuse, modifications to the product not made by QPAD, normal wear and tear, or any other occurrence of an act or omission beyond QPAD's control.

3. How to get technical support

A. Please read the user manual, then if there are any other questions about the product, please send a technical support request to infoqpad@qpad.com.

4. Exclusion of compensation (Disclaimer)

In no event shall QPAD be liable to any Buyer or any party involved for any incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages resulting from interruption of service and loss of business) or for any damages arising out of the use or possession of this product.

QPAD's sole obligation and liability under these warranty terms is limited to repair or replacement of the product at our discretion.

5. For warranty service

A. Contact your authorized QPAD dealer from whom you purchased the product for repair or replacement within the first 2 years of purchase.

B. If the product is still within the warranty period and you are unable to return it to your dealer, please contact QPAD Support for assistance and instructions. QPAD will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number; this service also applies to products purchased on the QPAD website.

C. Request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from the QPAD Technical Support website: www.qpad.com/support/. You will be asked to provide the model number, serial number (if applicable) with a detailed description of the problem and proof of purchase.

D. When returning the product, please make sure that a sales receipt with the defective product and RMA number is clearly marked on the package.

E. Note that your dealer or QPAD is not responsible for damage in transit.
